Where science meets personalised nutrition
Helping you understand your body - and work with it.
Hi, I’m Navita
A registered Nutritional Therapist, former research scientist, mum of two grown girls, and someone with a genuine soft spot for people who've been feeling "not quite right" for far too long.
My route into nutritional therapy is a little unconventional, and I think that's what makes my approach different.
I studied Applied Biology at Imperial College London, then went to work at GlaxoSmithKline, where I saw first-hand how the pharmaceutical model approaches health, and what it sometimes misses. That experience drove me back into academia to dig deeper, and I completed a DPhil in Biochemistry at Oxford's Trinity College, spending years learning to look beyond surface symptoms, ask better questions, and get to the root cause of a problem.
That scientific foundation shapes everything about the way I work with clients. I don't chase trends or reach for quick fixes. Research teaches you that meaningful results come from consistency, curiosity, and perseverance, and that philosophy sits at the heart of every programme I run.
Years later, I went back to study. In 2025 I completed my BSc in Nutritional Therapy at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, combining everything I'd learned in science with a deep, personalised approach to food, lifestyle, long-term wellbeing and the pressures of parenting.
Whether your goal is better digestion, more energy, hormonal balance, or simply feeling like yourself again, my role is to help you find a path that is both effective and genuinely sustainable.

What you can expect
First and foremost, I promise to listen to you, to hear your concerns about your health issues and indeed any concerns you may have about working with a nutritional therapist.
You know how health advice on the internet feels like a never-ending episode of “Eat This, Don’t Eat That”?
Well… I don’t play that game
Instead, I combine proper science with a straight-talking, personalised approach that actually fits your real life, not some unrealistic, kale-only universe.
Here’s what I believe
(and how it helps you)
Food first
Real food comes first - because your body doesn’t need a pharmacy’s worth of supplements to feel amazing.
Evidence -based
No trends, no fads, no “my cousin tried this and swears it works.”
Just solid science.
Personalised
Your body is one of a kind.
Your programme should reflect your uniqueness.
Who I help
Whether you’re dealing with:
Low energy that makes mornings feel like a real chore
Digestive issues that have you planning your whole life around toilets
Hormonal chaos
Stubborn weight changes or lack of change
Stress that never clocks out
…I help you make sense of what’s going on and create changes that stick.
Think of me as your
health co-pilot
I’m here to guide, support, and motivate you — not judge you for the odd late-night snack or your love of coffee. Together, we’ll cut through confusion, get clarity on what your body needs, and build habits that feel doable, not dreadful.
My mission
To empower you with the education, confidence, and personalised support you need to feel good again - the kind of good that makes you say,
“Why didn’t I do this sooner?”
If you want an approach that’s honest, practical, rooted in science, and achievable… you’re in the right place.
